How to Run a Club?

Here are a few questions you first need to answer:

• Do you have a mission/goal?
• Do you have a budget?
• Do you have a schedule?
• Has your schedule been voted by the Church Board?
• Do you have planned fundraisers?
• Do you have regular staff meetings?
• Is your staff supportive of the program?
• Are you communicating adequately with the parents?

If you have answered NO to any of these questions, start there!

Any problems and questions regarding the running of the club, the staff, or any events, can be addressed to your Area Coordinator.

The Area Coordinator is a representative of the Conference.  His/Her main function is to help the club director in their duties.  He/She has the duty to come visit your club, do inspections, be present at Induction and Investiture Services, as well as give guidance where and when it is needed.
